1Pe 5:8 "Be sober, be vigilant; because your
adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom
he may devour:"

Mr 7:20-23 "And he said, That which cometh
out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the
heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications,
murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness,
an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: all these evil things
come from within, and defile the man."

Jas 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God.
Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Jas 1:12 "Blessed is the man that endureth
temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of
life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him."
