There is a
Good type and Bad type of Witness
God can use anything and anyone, but the best help is a Spirit
filled witness.
Mr 1:25 And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold
thy peace, and come out of him.
Mr 1:34 And he healed many that were sick of
divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the
devils to speak, because they knew him.
Mr 3:12 And he straitly charged them that
they should not make him known.

I knew all of this but it meant nothing to me
until I heard it from a saved individual.
