1. Keep in the Race, don't quit
2. Keep a hand on the Pulse, check yourself
If you are alive, strive
If you are to live, give
3. Keep your hand on the Plow, check the work

C. Stay Fervent - Don't Delay

1. Turn on
2. Tune in
